Realtors are truly partners in our business. Most of the home sales in our Hillwood Communities each year occur because Realtors bring their clients to our neighborhoods to buy new homes.
To thank our Realtors, we launched a new appreciation program in 2011, called Sell Smart, Sell Hillwood. So – why is it smart to sell in a Hillwood community? Here's why:
At Hillwood, we’ll reward Realtors who sell new homes in select communities with a gift card for every sale during the calendar year. Plus, the more homes you sell, the more chances you’ll have to win one of the many fabulous prizes at our annual appreciation gala in February.
We’ll recognize all the Realtors who sold new homes the year before with special gifts and drawings for lavish prizes, with the Top Three Realtors* winning an all-expense-paid trip to a destination that we’ll reveal at the event.

For 2013, Realtors will receive gift cards for sales made in these Texas communities: Dallas/Fort Worth area – Harmony in Red Oak, Harvest in Northlake/Argyle, Heritage in Fort Worth, Liberty in Melissa, The Arbors at Willow Bay in Frisco, Woodcreek in Fate and Twin Creeks in Allen; Austin area – Rocky Creek in Austin and Sarita Valley in Leander; and in San Antonio – Indian Springs.
* The 'Top Three Realtors' prize is determined by the volume of homes closed the prior year in these seven DFW Metroplex communities only: Harmony, Harvest, Heritage, Liberty, The Arbors at Willow Bay, Woodcreek and Twin Creeks.
