Hillwood Communities is excited to announce our fourth master-planned development in Celina, Texas, one of the fastest growing areas in north Texas.
This 1,380-acre community spans from Preston Road to Custer Road, two miles north of downtown Celina. Phase 1 will deliver 700 homes from premier DFW builders American Legend Homes, Coventry Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, and Perry Homes.
The land’s natural rolling hills, water features, and acres of mature trees were incorporated into a planned four-mile greenbelt of activated parks, open spaces, and lakes perfect for outdoor enjoyment. New homes and amenities will border and wind through the natural features, offering families an immersive nature experience.
Students will attend established elementary, middle, and high schools in the well-regarded Celina ISD, while land has been set aside for two future elementary schools. Additionally, 18 acres are designated for future multifamily and 64 acres for commercial and retail space. Ramble by Hillwood will be home to a planned 4,000 new homes in north Texas.
Family-friendly Celina offers a walkable downtown experience and a wide variety of local shopping, dining, and entertainment options including Brookshire’s grocery store minutes from Ramble’s front door and close proximity to Frisco’s premier destination, Stonebriar Centre, just a short drive down Preston Road.
The community will break ground in late 2024 with a projected grand opening in late 2025.
