Dallas Morning News: Driven by the strong demand for new homes in Dallas’ northern suburbs, developer Hillwood Communities is building a $600 million residential community northwest of Frisco. Union Park will be an almost-800-acre master-planned residential community with about 2,400 new houses, a 30-acre central park and other features to attract homebuyers. Union Park is the second new residential community that Hillwood is kicking off early this year.
