As the U.S. 380 corridor in Little Elm continues to grow, so too does the town’s population.
Union Park, the corridor’s first major residential development, has played a large part in bringing in residents since its opening in 2015. That growth is expected to continue with the construction of an additional 600 homes.
The new homes will be part of the Del Webb pre-retirement community on 120 acres within Union Park, just north of the elementary school site.
Del Webb is geared for residents 55 years and older who want smaller floorplans and yards, as well as lower maintenance costs. Although it will have all the perks offered in Union Park, such as walking trails, ponds and a public park, Del Webb will also contain its own amenities.
