New Communities coming to Texas

As Texas continues to see record-breaking growth from corporate relocations and thousands of new residents moving to the state, Hillwood Communities is expanding to meet the growing need for new homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston regional markets. The DFW metroplex will see a rapidly expanding footprint to support the population boom in north Texas with the addition of two new lifestyle communities in Denton County just north of the AllianceTexas corridor and a new community planned for Celina in Collin County. The Houston metro area will also see two new masterplans in Manvel and League City, a short drive to work and play with easy commutes to the Texas Medical Center and the beach. Read on to learn more about our up-and-coming communities and sign up to be the first to know when new homes will be available.

Planned Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth communities scheduled for 2025…

Legacy in Houston

Our third Houston-area community located in League City, Texas, will offer close to 1,600 new homes and be a place rooted in family values, a sense of community, and well-honed tradition — where you can forge unshakeable bonds with those around you and with nature. The land itself is a central part of the Legacy community, developed to encourage people to find their favorite paths and places within the neighborhood.

Pilot Knob in Denton

Denton, Texas

Imagine your garage as your trailhead. This planned 3,200-acre Lifestyle by HillwoodSM community will feature an 1,100-acre green ecosystem of parks, trails, and open space, in the Dallas-Fort Worth city of Denton, Texas. More than 6,000 homes and 5-million square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use space will expand  economic opportunities within the AllianceTexas corridor.

Celina, Texas

The planned Ramble by Hillwood community will offer an immersive nature experience just north of downtown Celina, Texas, and minutes from Frisco and McKinney. This 1,380-acre new home development will preserve a 4-mile green thoroughfare filled with acres of mature trees, water features, and lush rolling hills. Celina ISD elementary through high schools are already open adjacent to the community.
