Andrew has more than 15 years of experience in residential real estate development. As Vice President of Hillwood Communities, he manages the Landmark project, a 3,200-acre master-planned community in Denton, Texas. Previously, he oversaw Pecan Square in Northlake, Texas, a 3,000-home community named Masterplan Community of the Year and People’s Choice Community of the Year in 2021 and 2023. A Southern Methodist University finance graduate, Andrew is an associate board member of SMU’s Folsom Institute for Real Estate and the Dallas Builders Association board of directors, where he served as president in 2022. He is a licensed real estate professional in Texas.
