Duke Kerrigan
General Manager, Austin MSA
Duke joined Hillwood in January 2016 and currently serves as the General Manager for Hillwood Communities in Austin, Texas. He is the lead point for the company’s pursuits in the Austin market and currently oversees all aspects of Wolf Ranch in Georgetown. Since Duke’s time with Hillwood, Wolf Ranch has grown to over 1,120 acres and is currently scheduled to have approximately 2,500 single-family residential homesites, 1,500 units of multifamily and approximately 20 acres of commercial development at buildout.
Prior to joining Hillwood, Duke was involved in the acquisition, entitlement, financing, development and disposition of over 3,200 acres of land in Texas. Most recently he served as a director for Hines, where he helped the firm re-enter the residential land development space within its southwest region and expand its presence into Austin and San Antonio. Duke began his career as an analyst with BNP Paribas, a French international banking group prior to entering the real estate development market.
