Kim Comiskey

Kim has played an integral role since joining Hillwood Development in 2001. Initially hired as an investment accountant, Kim seized the opportunity in 2004 to transition to the Communities Division, where she began as an accountant and quickly broadened her expertise in residential development. Her versatility and willingness to learn the process from start to finish have made her an invaluable team member. Over the years, Kim has stepped into numerous roles — in marketing, acquisitions, project management and homeowner association management — contributing to the division’s growth and success. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, and began her career managing the accounts payable department for a family-owned retail grocery chain in northeast Oklahoma.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling with her husband, Dan, with Maui being their favorite destination. As empty nesters, the couple is proud of their two beautiful daughters. Kim is also a passionate baker, often found in the kitchen creating custom cake designs that showcase her creativity.
