Huawei “Howie” Yin

DFW Project Manager - Ramble, Lilyana

Authenticity is a core value to me. I think people can feel the difference when something is built with genuine care and intention.

Huawei (Howie) is responsible for the development and operations of master-planned communities on the east side of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. His role encompasses all aspects of community development, including special district operations, infrastructure bond reimbursements, homebuilder relations, residential lot sales, and project life-cycle budgeting, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale developments.

With a strong technical and analytical background, Howie has led initiatives in property technology, data warehousing and performance reporting, which has enhanced efficiency and data-driven decisionmaking. Prior to his current role, he was a Senior Business Analyst at Republic Property Group, where he provided GIS analysis and mapping, optimized sales strategies, and delivered in-depth financial reporting to support executive leadership.

Originally from China, Howie holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering and two master’s degrees: in water management from Texas A&M University—where he also earned a business certificate from Mays Business School—and in geographical information science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, Howie enjoys quality time with family and outdoor activities, including golf, fishing, hiking, and reading.
